"The lady who helped us at the check in was amazing .I forgot my ID at home. The reservation was in my name. She helped us out. Told us what to do. Our room was great. The casino was large and the food was great. And we won !"

"Stagg was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were not - some were exceptionally hard. And carpets were badly stained. Not sure if they are trying to perserve the carpet for some reason for originality? Overall, very good experience. Would recommend."

"The room and surrounding property were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, and even called me to make sure my room was okay! There's also a decent grocery store close by and Panera is right next to the building. All in all this place was great, if you're staying in Ann Arbor I' recommend this place."
