"Overall the place is wonderful and we enjoyed the amenities. My teenaged boys enjoyed the game room, pool at night, beach, fire pit. I loved the bed, having a kitchenette, and the coffeemaker. Much better than a typical hotel version. I’d caution using suite 10 for more than two people. The sleeper was what you’d expect a sleeper to be - not comfortable! The bed is amazing though. The bathroom could use more hooks for drying beachwear. I think instructions or information in general could be...

"Comfortable, central, clean, in a quiet building, 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the most central of Detroit location with a bright living room facing Capitol Park. Wonderful rooftop and view. Entry is a bit tricky and there is some construction as of Q4 2024 but overall a great stay. "

"Only problem I found was to close of parking to close to other vehicles could result in minor damage. Other than that a wonderful 5 star facility. "

"Newer condo and well equipped. Next to Trail for biking or walking. Not too far from downtown. Super easy drive to beach for sunset (maybe a mile) . Coffee shops near! Safe area. Condo is newer, beds comfy and nice to have two bathrooms. Good selection of books:) We would stay there again. "

"My family stayed for two nights and everything was wonderful. Communication was excellent and the check-in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. The place was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. Good water pressure which seems like a small thing, but I have terrible water pressure at home so a really good shower while on vacation is a bonus! The beds were very comfortable, and despite the fact that I have sleep issues and usually wake up often, I slept surprisingly well....
