"Great apartment located right downtown would stay again anytime."

"The apartment was fine except there were no instructions how to operate otherwise high quality appliances. The biggest drawback though was the complete lack of staff willing to assist with check in and advice, only a phone number to call which was tricky with a non-American phone. Expedia did not supply the codes to enter the building or to enter the apartment. One staff member was at the desk when I left but she said she was only responsible for the long-term residents and could not help me....

"Hotel staff was very pleasant. Room had a nice view of the bay but the carpeting was very stained and detracted from the overall experience. Paid a good price for the room and expected a little higher standard. It was a bit disappointing overall."

"It is one of the nicer places to stay in Charlavoix. I will return in the future. We did have a problem when checking in. Edgewater said we didn't have a reservation and they do not online booking. I did have a confermation from Hotels.com when I booked my stay. Edgewater did have vacancies so I was still able to get a room. I did call Hotels.com and ask them and they confirmed I did have a reservation and called Edgewater. Dewatering did tell they dot do online e booking so this made no sense....

"Hotel Indigo Detroit – A Great Stay in the Heart of the City I had an excellent experience at Hotel Indigo Detroit. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the location and quality of service. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. What really stood out was the friendly and welcoming staff. From the receptionist to the bar hostess, everyone went out of their way to make sure guests felt at home. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience. The hotel is also in a prime location—just a short walk to the riverfront and close to many great restaurants and attractions. I fully recommend Hotel Indigo Detroit for anyone visiting the city. It’s a great mix of comfort, value, and exceptional service."
