"We love the Wynn but this stay was a little bit if a let down. Our room was not upgraded and the nightstand plugs did not work. We called to ask for a room change and they said there were no rooms available so they eventually sent maintenance to repair it. We were there on Christmas week so it is a slow week for Vegas, not sure why they wouldn’t have any more rooms available. "

"Dont expect a tremendous upgrade as a Diamond member. Thats been my experience. Great property. The Dog House menu is basic, not much choice there and the food average. With such a nice property they need a better bar menu"

"Rooms were great. Hotel was great. Good options and gambling is great. Just quiet area north strip. Not as crowded and not all the action when you walk outside. "
