" Very modern and updated"

"This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. "

"While the room itself was in good condition and the host was responsive when I arrived (2 guests) there was only one towel awkwardly hanging in the closet that was soiled and the only additional towel was in the shared kitchen cabinet (still only 1 towel) additional guests left dishes around in kitchen that smelled and upstairs neighbors had a extremely loud party that lasted until 8am!"

"It was disgustingly dirty. Paper thin walls doors and one cheap IKEA clearance style bed. 1 towel was offered for a three night stay for two people. No toilet paper. We stood in the cold for twenty minutes waiting and calling for instructions to enter the property. When we finally received a stop calling me what do you want text message. "Comfortable property but not appropriate location as it was noisy all night as it was facing a Main Street and vehicles moving all night. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area so that was convenient but that added to the noise. "
