"All the staff were very nice and helpful, and the location was fantastic. Everything went smoothly. The only minor issue was that the walls were quite thin, so I could hear noise from the neighboring room. However, I used earplugs at night, so it wasn’t a big problem."

"Marco at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us an upgrade on New Year’s Eve so we can have a great view on the 12th floor. He also was very accommodating to our personal needs in terms of checkout times. Only little issue is that I was able to clearly hear conversations of room next door to us. This would be an issue if it kept us up all night but it didn’t. Just a little word of warning. Room was clean, shower was full blast and had everything we needed for our stay. Would come back again. "
