"The only bummer was that they charge for parking, a $50/day deposit and they don't accept Cash App or other prepaid cards for the deposit. I fault Hotels.com for that though. Why isn't deposit information listed? Otherwise, wonderful hotel, amazing and accommodating staff (Elizabeth and Gio were great and very helpful), and centrally located. "

"The desk clerk was helpful and very cheery for it being so late in the evening. Hotel was older but well kept and clean. We were there for a visit to the Winchester House which was only about a10-15 minute drive. Plenty of stores near by to get forgotten essentials. Overall a very good stay. "
