"This was an exceptional place to stay for a tranquil getaway (particularly in what seems to be a rather hectic San Juan area). Room was comfortable and outdoor shower was so nice. Staff was very friendly and the location near the beach was perfect."

"We love staying here. Our room this time needed a lot of repairs. Shower head broken, the digital alarm clock was counting like a timer, and the latch mechanism on the door was missing a screw. The 5 ladies At the front desk did not obviously care as i stood there looking at them while they talked amongst themselves for about 5 mins before sliding my key at them to check out. The best person we have met thw last 2 stays was the very nice man who works afternoons/evenings for check in. "

"The staff were amazing here. Especially Joel at the valet services, he is top notch! The staff make this place truly enjoyable, it is clean and safe. Prices for food/drink are expensive but thats what you get in this area and similar to other parts. Highly recommend going across the street for some of the small places to eat like the taco place directly across or Kane. Also walk down to the lagoon and check for manatee! "
