Hotel was very nice, had some issues while there such as out of service main elevator and construction noise from next door, but these issues were not a big deal for us. The room was clean and the hotel attendants were very nice and always ready to help if we had any questions.

It's incredible how a good recommendation can elevate a trip. Joshua's local tips made our stay unforgettable. With free beach chairs waiting for us, our relaxation dreams came true. Fun area.

Great location, only a short walk to beach and lots of restaurants. Room (suite) was clean but dated. Comfortable bed and access to Netflix. Overall, I enjoyed it. Definitely a decent choice for first-timers to Puerto Rico.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. I learned that rooms are not serviced daily, but that was ok with us. It was easy for us to ask for clean towels whenever we needed extra towels. Parking is tight so I recommend not renting a large car.
