"Love seeing they are keeping it nice after the hurricane. Cafe bar for example could be faster especially when they serve the best coffee around. Staff for the most part was nice, cleaning staff does a great job in rooms. Food options felt limited at pool and slow but we were glad to have them. We will come back. "

"Everything about this property was awesome to me. We opted for valet so we wouldn't have to worry about finding parking. All staff members from the valet to reception to housekeeping were perfect and very accommodating. Our room was beautiful. The gentleman that checked us in was able to upgrade us to a balcony suite.The area around the hotel was a perfect hub for dining and shopping. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to stay here. "

"Property itself was great and it was in the perfect location for exploring Old San Juan. Mini pool on the roof was great. Room was clean but “weathered”. My wife was surprised but it grew on her. She actually ended up loving it. Sign next to toilet asked that we flushed nothing down the toilet as there were pipe issues. This should really be corrected as I wouldn’t have booked otherwise but we flushed as we normally would at home. Didn’t have any issues. My only real disappointment with the stay...
