"Located in a very convenient location for those going on a cruise. We walked to the ship. The room was really comfortable and had a view of water. The restaurant was ok. Very friendly staff. Priced accordingly. "

"The property doesn't have a restaurant and the lobby where you check in is very small. There is no coffee maker in the room and the coffee service in the lobby is limited. There are restaurants nearby, but their hours are limited. There is only one icemaker, on the second floor. The room was very nice and the view from our room was amazing. The rooftop terrace is very nice, but there is no drink or meal service there. There is also no pool on this property and it's not near the beach."

"Both nights we were there car alarms were sounding for many hours in the Walgreens parking lot facing our room. Also Condado seems to attract vehicles altered to be super loud or blasting music. Loved the restaurants and the beach. Parking lot and friendly staff were great."

"Very conveniently located in the tourist Condado area of San Juan, the property is close to the main corridor of restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. The interior could use a little updating with fresh, brighter colors and the carpeting in the lobby looks drab. Valet parking will set you back @$25/day. The rooms have old style microwaves and small refrigerators. There's a dining room that offered free breakfast. Vending machines round out the beverage and food choices."
