"I was happy with the stay other than the strict parking. It’s a shame that la hacienda just lets this tow company pray on people. My friend stopped by briefly and got his car towed which is ridiculous because there is so many free parking spots. I can understand if a car was parked there for more than 24 hours but his car was there for just a couple hours if that. People coming to this hotel are coming here because it’s affordable; they can’t afford to pay the tow yard fees which was almost $500 plus it goes up every hour it’s in the tow yard. Crooks "

"Location is funky but I get it’s an airport hotel. The rooms are very nice but a lot of work being done on the property right now. Hallways look sort of like a trap house but it’s under construction. Staff has been AMAZING. They go over and behind which is great to see/experience. "

"The beds were nice and the facilities nice enough as well. The area around the hotel was pretty good. Very clean. The place needs some updating though. Stains on the ceiling and carpets. Outdated wooden doors that don’t close easily. Stuck patio door. But overall we were happy. It’s not super high end, but it’s a very comfortable place to stay. "

"The room looked like it needed some TLC. The towels looked dirty, we ran out of toilet paper and had to procure some more from the front desk. The location was great."
