"Service was great! Rodrigo at the front desk, Ramon and Juan at the front and restaurant were also great! The mexican and italian restaurants were great! The steakhouse needs to work on the cook of their meats. I received a few siety rowels and wash cloths as replacements on 1 day. More shows and activities would help make those rainy days much better."

"Property was nice and the workers were great. The bartenders remember who you are so every time they see you walking towards the bar they have your go-to drink ready which is a great feeling. I went in mid December so they were very festive and it looked beautiful. Only 2 downfalls I experienced was the chrome cast not working after the first day of being there and that the buffet and snack bar food was bad and had very limited options. However, I didn’t have that much expectations for that...
