"Absolutely loved this hotel! It’s in a serene location, rooms are beautiful with an added callout to spacious bathroom with great tub. Pool area is fantastic. Coffee shop and restaurants are delicious. Excellent place to stay!"

"Hotel restaurant was closed on the day we arrived. On the main resort lawn was a private event, which limited any one from using that area, not sure why they charge a resort fee when the areas are closed to guests."

"An unbelievable hotel in a declining area of downtown. San Diego like most California ities is on the decline. I grew up here and remember the days of Horton Plaza and the Gaslamp Quarter and its really declined unfortunately. The hotel is fabulous though. "

"The property is super convenient to all the downtown activities and lots of restaurants. Give it five stars. I think it's ridiculous that they charge an amenities fee each day even if you don't use the amenities. That should be an option. One star."
