Golf Hotels in Rugby, England

"The hotel is right next to the airport, which made it super convenient since we had an early flight the next day. The place was super clean. The staff were super nice. It had free parking and was gated, which I felt safe. I would have given a 5-star rating for Property condition, except the USB ports next to the bed were not working. The next morning, we let the staff know and they were very apologetic and asked how they can make it up. We just told them not to worry about it. Since we were there just one night and with an early fight out, we didn't check out the rest of the amenities, but it is supposed to be a leisure hotel. Too bad we didn't have the chance to find out. Would definitely recommend staying there."

"Staff at the bar were great Receptionist white female was quite ignorant as she was carrying on with her task but didn’t say I’ll be with you in a moment which would have been the norm as far as my training from customer service goes Couple of hours prior to check out the house keeper knocked our door which was not what we expected so early. Bar staff were amazing Accommodation clean trendy and suits all needs "
