The hotel was clean, and the room was large and comfortable, if a little dated. The hotel was busy when we stayed, the restaurant was excellent but service was a bit slow. I had some issues with the parking payment, but the hotel staff were excellent, and sorted out my issues professionally and with no fuss. Would definitely stay again.

The location was amazing. Right by a beautiful lake and close to many restaurants and other shops and a cinema. Not far from Birmigham airport and Birmingham Intertrnaltional Train station. I had a lovely restful time at the hotel. Though I did several trips out to various locations in Birmingham Its was so nice to get back to the Crowne Plaza NEC.

Excellent staff, unfailing polite and happy to help, even at what was obviously a busy time. Rooms are a good standard with hair dryer, iron and board, coffee making equipment. Food was very good and not unreasonably expensive for a big hotel. Highly recommended.

Amazing Stay at Crowne Plaza!

The Hotel is in a great location to all local amenities. Very clean and modern Hotel. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. Really nice food served in the Hotel also. I would highly recommend this Hotel and would definitely return.
