"Brujlio was the best host. He was there right when we arrived. He was the sweetest & welcoming host I ever dealt with. He made us feel like we were at home. We felt safe & comfortable. The pictures does this place no justice. This was our first time coming to Tulum & it looks like we will be back soon & often. The experience was so amazing. Such a beautiful place. A mile walk to downtown area restaurants and shopping. Property is on a quiet street and just a few meters off the busy road. There are no street lights but felt safe to walk even past 10 at night."

The apartment was spacious and nicely furnished, the staff were really attentive and promptly got us everything we needed, the only problem was it was hard to find our way around at night as there was no street lights and proper street signs, you definitely need a car."

"I was genuinely surprised that Expedia would list a place like this on their website. The unit is quite dark, with the only window facing the hallway stairs. Several issues persisted, and it took days for them to partially resolve them. It's certainly not an ideal long-term stay—constant barking from a dog, people slamming doors, and the absence of garbage bags, leaving me responsible for my own supplies, such as toilet paper."

"Everything was perfect. Service was on point; everyone that works there was friendly. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :) Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise.
