"Loved the property cleanliness and decor. Food was wonderful and service was great. Activities at the pool were fun and service was wonderful. Fernanda was very sweet and nice to visit with. Room was comfortable and maid service was very good. The elevators get warm with a lot of riders, could use a fan or air conditioning in them. Overall, one of the best hotels we've stayed in, in Cancun. No need to buy Diamond status, made reservations for dinner on the app, no problem. Fun games at the pool, different every day. Will definitely be back for another stay."

"Me and my girlfriend had a great time. The stuff was super nice the amenities are incredible I loved all the pools and the food was pretty good as well. The ladies would clean the room everyday and re stock our fridge pretty well we never ran out of drinks or waters. Our room was in the 16th floor with double balcony the view was amazing. Cancun was more than a vibe definitely coming back soon! Thanks to the Riu team for making my stay so awesome and pleasant!!"

"When I had already booked this hotel I was reading the reviews and read very mixed reviews about this hotel and I was like did I make a mistake? Overall, this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. This hotel has everything! You don’t even need to go out unless you booked excursions but if you didn’t, the hotel has an office in the lobby that offer these activities. From the 5 restaurants inside the hotel, to the snack bars, activity center, pool area, to beach area this hotel was absolutely stunning! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone! It’s family friendly, it’s couple friendly, it’s just amazing! "
