"I had no idea what we were in for! I'm so sad we only had one night here, we will absolutely be back! Even though we were only there for a short amount of time we still walked the walls 1.5 times and they were able to get me in for a full body deep tissue massage that was one of the best i've ever had! We didn't have enough time to learn everything the city had to offer, so we will be back on our way to Wales. "

"We really enjoyed our stay and cannot fault the hotel at all. Lovely modern bedroom. The Garden bar was large with TV screens showing the news and football. If i have a piece of advice, it would be to be reminded that there is an extra cost to use the pool area. This is currently £20 per person for 2 hours. This has to be booked, you cant just walk in. Once you are aware of that, then there are no surprises. This is quite different than lots of hotels and can add quite a lot to your original room price. Saying that, the spa / pool area is really nice and includes a steam room, sauna, hammam"

"We really enjoyed our one night weekend stay. The hotel is set in lovely grounds- Reception staff very friendly. We enjoyed a large room overlooking the grounds. Great bar and dining experience. The Spa facilities were an added bonus. We would definitely revisit if in the area. "
