"I love this hotel--the staff is professional and friendly and responsive, and the location is great. This time, though, it was really cold in NY, and the heater was hard to set. The hotel sent an engineer to address the issue--worked--but he had to come back the next day. Still--I will stay again."

"Absolutely remarkable staff, helpful, thoughtful. The room itself was amazing. Great bed, great shower, and the room was massive. The only downside I would say are the bones of the building itself (hallways, elevator). We knew going into it that we would only be in the hotel when we were asleep, so if you have the same plan, i cant recommend the shoreham more. "

"The property was easy to get to from JFK, taking the subway. It's pretty much right across the street from Rockefeller. There aren't that many amenities other than the free water on each floor, but the staff was always extremely friendly and offering to go out of their way for different things. It seemed they stopped doing room service after 2:00 p.m., so if you want new towels you'll have to ask. I don't think I had room service the entire time I was there unless I asked for extra towels. "W what stayed five nights at Warwick. The location is great and walkable to so many places. A lot of food options near by too. We stayed in premier suite and it was great except the air condition. The air condition unit made a lot of noise all day the one that was in our room. At times it was hard to fell asleep other than that everything was great. Perfect location

"The location was perfect, very conveniently located, walking distance to Rockerfeller, Central Park, Times Square, and midtown. Transit links on the doorstep to get elsewhere in the city. Staff were very helpful and polite. Things like kettles were only provided when we asked for them, but we were delivered to our room when we asked. Room was larger than expected which was a nice surprise for central New York. I would absolutely stay again. BE AWARE you will be charged a $500 deposit on arrival which I was not aware of when I arrived. This was not charged to me in the end as I left the room clean and tidy, but just something to be aware of so you don’t get the same shock I did!"
