"We had an incredible experience at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. Ryan took great care of us and made us feel right at home. Because of him, we were able to rent bikes and explore beautiful Stanley Park, which was one of the highlights of our trip. Big shoutout to the amazing bar staff as well. So warm and welcoming. We also had the most stunning view of the harbour from our room. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vancouver. Can’t wait to come back!"

"We loved the 2 bedroom suite! Perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and staff was easily reachable for questions. We didn’t realize there wasn’t air conditioning in the unit but they did provide a portable AC that worked really well! They also provided a pack n play which was convergent for us and our son to sleep. The location is excellent right next to Stanley park and a few blocks away from a main strip of restaurants. Close enough to walk but far enough to be in a quiet, neighborhood....
