"Little disappointed valet was full before checkin but with the time of year we understand. Self parking was inconvenient and expensive. The shuttle for the General Jackson didnt show so we had to take a $45 taxi to make sure we made the boat But again it was holiday traffic. So really out of the control of the hotel. Only mention this so others are aware. Property was beautiful room was outstanding. Everyone was very polite really enjoyed our stay. "

"We got to the hotel to check in right at 3, there was a line but it moved quick and staff is helpful. The property is right next to a construction zone for the new stadium and it was difficult to figure out how to get in, however this is not the fault of the hotel. "

"Beautiful hotel close to the Nashville strip & Bridgestone Areana, that’s why we stayed there so we could walk. Room was very nice with light sensors on the beds & in the bathroom for middle of the night potty breaks. Only issue I had was valet parking $60 is a bit high especially when they told us to text 5 minutes before we were ready to leave & they’d gave our car waiting on us & in all actuality it took 15-20 minutes for us to receive it. Other than that our stay was great"

"Great property however I'm an early riser with limited coffee options until 6:30am other than the in room coffee option. Otherwise great property and we loved the location and rooftop bar. Super cool."
