Coffee in the morning was 10$! After you pay for the convenience of being downtown and an extra 50$ fees for parking you’d think holiday inn could throw in a complimentary morning coffee! Also I discovered a charge for 32.45$ charge to my credit card with no explanation

This hotel is not one I'd stay at again. For the amount paid, the room needed several repairs. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close. Even got stuck and had to have husband use his strength to get me out. The toliet paper holder was loose and the roll wouldnt stay on the holder. Bathroom wasnt swept as precious peoples hair on floor. Wasnt as nice of a room as I would have expected for the price paid. Also, they dont fore warn you that their self park fills quickly so then they force you to do valet which costs more. No breakfast included. When told front desk she acted like she didnt care and even said they have problems often with parking and the toliet paper holders. Again. Would pick another hotel as there are plenty others around.

No cameras in parking area. Paid 50.00 to park and windows blown out and ran sacked. Paying this kind of money for a room and parking u would think the company would have secured parking. Service was great , room was great. Wish the company would offset the cost of this.
