Namba hotel rooms a the Nikko

"We had a great stay in Namba, we chose this hotel as it looked close to Namba station for us to get the airport train the following day. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the station, it was a little hard to find at first as google maps takes you the long way through the streets, but if you get off at namba station and walk towards namba parks along the train line it’s right behind it. The room was very clean and modern, comfy bed and all amenities are provided in lobby. We also paid for breakfast service in the morning which was buffet style with lots of different options to suit any diet, both western and Japanese style breakfast options were available. Easy check in and check out, would stay again."

"Great place, good location. Everything is automated for checkin and out, very fast to get you room, storage for luggage with QR code, flawless. Only negative thing would be the wait for elevator at peek time, but easy to understand with more than 40 floors."

This was a perfect stay to end our two weeks in Japan. So happy with this hotel that I will look for their other locations. "

"All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great, 5-10 mins away from Shinsaibashi and underground stations. The room is very clean and they provide fresh towels everyday, even we didn’t put out the sign about making up the room. "

"Me and my family love this hotel. At first, i thought the bedroom was small, but when we saw the bathroom we were amazed. The toilet was in its own closet opposite of the bathroom, it has a bidet and toilet tissue was refilled everyday. The bathroom had two sinks and I love the design of the bath shower and tub, the shower is really spacious. Taking a bath and soaking in the tub after a long day feels really nice. The beds were comfortable and always made. Staff was very polite, helpful, and friendly. They helped my wife when she was confused about using the washing machines. Everything we asked for was done promptly, like taking out the trash or changing the towels. Staff even helped us get a taxi after checking out. The location is great! There's a Lawsons in the building for most the basic needs. Universal Studio Japan was minutes walking distance. The Train station was even closer. The City walk area had plenty of restaurants and shopping choices. Would definitely love to come back here and would recommend staying here. "
