Enjoyed the window view, easy access to USJ, CityWalk, and Expo, complimentary spa, and the breakfast buffet was worth trying, especially the custom seafood bowl, simmered beef with tofu soup, and kushikatsu (fried skewers) assortment. Oh, and don’t forget to try their gelatos at their attached cafe! "

"Rooms a bit small but clean and location was good. About 10 min walk from Osaka station. "

"From rhe moment you arrive it is great. The staff are very accommodating. We arrived at 0730 and did not want to lug around pur luggage. They did pre-check in, gave us a tokrn coin for the lockers and allowed us to put our stuff in storage, so we could be bag free. The room was great, dpacious, and clean. We stayed in the room with 4 beds. The morning breakfast buffet was great, and good to get the morning going. The location was pwrfect, right in the middle of the Universal City Walk. We got the overnight bus to Osaka, the hotel was a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and a 1 minute walk from the Universal Train Station. All in all it was a great experience. "

"Area and hotel was amazing. There are 2 convenience stores right accros. Very quiet. Rome a bit a the smaller size but that is to be expected in Japan. Could only open 1 suitcase at a time by the entrance. "
