The dining options are somewhat limited; however, the quality of everything we had were excellent. The staff was so polite and nice. They all spoke English, so it’s a good destination hotel for foreigners."

The Thomas the train rooms was so much fun. We especially loved the free shuttle bus to many local nearby sites and stations - this was a pleasant surprise. Convenience to the fujiQ bus and fujiQ amusement park made this trip so easy. And, waking up to the view of mt. Fuji is the best part. Thank you! "
