"Staff were great, the language barrier wasn’t an issue here! Super helpful and got me one of the quietest rooms in the hotel (still quite noisy from the main road). Hotel is clean, luxurious looking and the room I stayed in (single room) was just about an adequate size for me but it would be very small for two people. I would definitely return here if I’m in Tokyo again. Train stations are close by and Tokyo tower is a quick walk away. Azabudai hills is worth a little tour, plenty of nice...

Was able to do the vip access which grant me access to Prince Sakura hot whirlpool. Enjoyed my stay as the size of the rooms were quite big. Even though it’s older than Prince Sakura, the price differences and access to the same garden was the dealbreaker "

"Stayed at Standard Double room for two people. Bad stuff first. The room is impossibly small. Not sure but the bed seems to be a bit shorter than the U.S. size. If you taller than 6’1” I’d reconsider. Your feet will not be on the bed. The mattress is a bit on the cheap side. Not too different than your typical howard Jonson’s variety. Also. You need to give them your passport at the check in (both the lead traveller and companion). No exception. They also make a copy of them. I dont like...
