Was able to do the vip access which grant me access to Prince Sakura hot whirlpool. Enjoyed my stay as the size of the rooms were quite big. Even though it’s older than Prince Sakura, the price differences and access to the same garden was the dealbreaker "

"I could relax in the lounge. The staff was friendly. I used the laundry. I used the dryer 5 times (1000 yen). The second time I used it. I found the filter of the dryer was full of cotton dust. I cleaned the dryer filter and used it and it was dry in 2 times (400 yen). Be careful."

There are many things about the property that only exist because the owners care for their guests. Things that other hotels just don’t do. Heated floors (there are no shoes allowed) free food, drinks and coffee. "Incredibly attentive and kind staff. Went out of their way to help me often. Extremely affordable. Accidentally booked a smoking room. Previous tenants have burned the walls and stained the fixtures with cigarettes. Hall itself smells as well. On no smoking floors it was cleaner and smelled nice. I only ever saw the same cleaning woman on my floor. She was amazing and efficient. The rooms need deeper cleaning, especially on smoking floors. The hotel should consider giving their staff more...

"The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to ensure you are welcomed and best served. Have not seen a comparable level of experience in a long time. Really appreciated this throughout my stay. Great location too - close to station which has lines to major Tokyo stations. I will return!"
