"Hotel is in good condition. Room is big and clean. There is a balcony. However our room toilet stink of pee when we checked in. After they cleaned up next day it was much better. The train station is just a 10 minutes walk away. Easy to go to other part of Tokyo as Shinagawa, Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku is along the Yamanote Line"

"I was given a smoking room (requested non-smoking) on arrival with faulty A/C. So I had to survive in cold several hours. I called Mr. Koje of the management company who was very rude on the phone and did not help me. This this is the main reason for giving two rating. However, Hotel did sent someone to resolve it and changed the room. "
