"Amazing hotel with high quality design throughout. The staff are wonderful, hospitable, and able to address any need. We had our bags sent from another hotel, and the bags were already placed in the room when we arrived. We appreciated the happy hour to unwind from 6-8pm each night. Property was clean and at the 50th floor with amazing city views. Just be okay with your ears popping a bit. The rooftop bar was very nice and had electric blankets to keep you warm. "We couldn't open our room window throughout our stay at the hotel as we could smell cigarettes coming from the floor below. Hence, we have to close it. The air-con in the room was not strong and we couldn't adjust the temperature. Hence, the room was very warm and stuffy. Poor air ventilation."

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo - Shiodome

"This hotel had great reviews and they were accurate. It was just what we hoped It would be. Spacious rooms, very clean with all needed amenities supplied. The shower/bath room was roomy and wonderful. The staff provided excellent, courteous customer service. The location near Shiodome station is very central to Tokyo's amazing rail and metro services. Great restaurants and convenience stores are within easy walking distance. The only disapppointment was the gym. It had 1 treadmill, a few (3 -4) weight machines, and mats. And it was located next to the smoking room. Other than this minor disappointment, the hotel is great! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo. "
