"We had a wonderful stay here at Christmas arriving Christmas Day! We spoke with the concierge a couple of times who was extremely helpful. The tax gives you two drinks per day or breakfast tickets for twice during your stay, we chose the breakfast and there was plenty of choice, it does get busy as it’s a small restaurant area but if you are up and down handy then there is no wait. The coffee was delicious and plenty of hot and cold options. Our room was lovely with a fab view of the Crysler building but this put us at the front of the hotel, this was fine but for some reason you could smell cigarettes smoke coming through the heating vents into the room. Not sure if this was from outside or other guests. We had a coffee machine in the room and shower gels in the bathroom. Bed were comfortable but we had to call down for the bedding for the fold out bed which took some time to be delivered. Overall we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book to come back! "

"Location is key when you travel to New York, and if it is your first time being there. Tempo by Hilton did not disappoint as it was just literally a minute away from Time Square. The hotel was clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Transportation was easy from the hotel as there are several subways closeby. Restaurants and shopping areas just a few minutes away from the hotel. Highly recommended! "

"Would stay again, hotel was clean, beds comfortable, great location. Felt safe, easy access to subway. Two complaints- room got very hot at night, unable to adjust thermostat, but we cracked the window, let it cool off and closed it back bc the street noise is a lot (New York never sleeps) - only 2 working elevators for 20 floors, often had to wait for elevator"
