"we told them that we would arrive at 11pm at the airport and that we would need a pick up from their hotel. they agreed but did not show up. also they gave our room to someone else and made us stay at a different hotel far lower quality without our consent and it wasnt clean. overall, disappointment at their level if service. "My son and I stayed in a spacious one bedroom apartment. The apartment is in a high rise with an infinity pool (with glorious city views) and a decent bar on the rooftop. There is washer-dryer, big fridge-freezer in the apartment; also a kitchenette with pots and pans etc. The building is attached to an upscale mall with a Starbucks, a big grocery store and lots of food options. "Our family of 4 (with boys ages 13 and 11) stayed for just one night (as I imagine most people will) because we had an early morning departure from the airport. This hotel did not disappoint even for a brief stay! The room was clean and spacious. We ate dinner at the hotel and thought the food was delicious. Even though the water was a little cool, our boys enjoyed the pool - and what we all thought was really fun and interesting was watching the planes take off and land from the airport a very short distance away. Despite being close to the airport, the neighborhood around the hotel seemed safe and walkable, although there didn't seem to be too many services nearby (just a few shops and restaurants). The hotel arranged an inexpensive shuttle to the airport for us early in the morning. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"2번째 여기 자는건데 직원들 신속하고 친절합니다. 늦게가도 체크인 신속하게 잘 처리해줍니다. 잠자리는 뭐 고급은 아니고 저렴한 가격에 잠만 자고 갈만은 합니다. 공항 근처라서 약간 소음이 있긴한데 그래도 잠은 크게 방해받지 않았습니다."

"Hotel is fairly new, bathroom and bedroom look and felt very clean, Vietnam was hot when I traveled, I noticed the split ac did not have much air coming out, so I check filter screen was dirty, after cleaning was good to go. I got room on ground floor on the rear of hotel, it was pretty quiet. There were lots of pho shops about 40,000 vnd and were fairly cheap around the hotel. I paid hotel 80,000 vnd for pick up from airport, and same for drop off. Their hair cut store in back of hotel cost 80000 for cut gave 100,000 vnd with tip. Tip is not required in Vietnam, but use to giving since from USA. "
