"We had Marvelous stay! We love it! This was our second time staying here and hoping we can get a room may long weekend 2025! The location is excellent, we love being able to have coffee and make meals in our room to cut costs. The only downfall from this trip was the f1 set up, that made it a bit more hectic to get around while driving and walking. Nothing but awesome things to say about the hotel:) "

"We booked 5 months in advance for a concert we were attending at the nearby allegiant Stadium. Nirvana is conveniently located for walking over to Allegiant. At the end of the day, we knew we were staying in a motel BnB. And we got a great value, clean comfy room, and great location for a good budget price. It cost a fraction of staying in one of the big Strip hotel/resorts, and is only two blocks south of many of the restaurants on the strip. We had breakfast at the Egg Spot right next day."
