"Upon arrival the front desk person was really nice. We talked story and what not. He explained how important it is to be friendly and to have manners. The room and view that we got was great! we had a clear view of fremont/slotzilla ride. certain staff were friendly. Only complaint is there’s only an ice machine but no water. The white lady that picked up the phone was snobby about it. Also, no microwave"
