My child left their tablet behind and kept being told it was not there till we said it is being tracked at that address. Then I was told they can send it after I purchase a label from post office. Overall Mona had done what she could to get is in our room right away and even called me when it was ready.

Close to shopping and food. They did not have my room ready for me. I had to take a room with two smaller beds when I only needed one king bed. I reserved the room about a week ahead of time. The chair in my room was like sitting on plywood. They advertised hot tub and waffles and neither was working. Disappointed with my stay there.

We have stayed here the last 3 years in October. Property. Has declined and we will find a different place to stay in the future. Room had an overwhelming perfume smell, no hot water in the bathroom sink, barely got warm, area for dogs had broken glass and lots of poop that was not picked up. Interior and exterior looks run down.

We stayed in a suite for 5 days. We picked this hotel because it was close to a relative. It smelled horrible. We had to buy an air freshener and it still smelled. The carpet was full of stains and the refrigerator smelled very musty. They never changed our bed sheets or made up the bed. We did not have any soap in our bathroom. Our key cards kept blanking out on us and we had to get a new card at least twice a day. The elevator smelled like pee. The breakfast was very bad. 2 of the bagels we got had mold and they cook premade bacon over and over so is flaky and the sausage was burnt. At night you can hear locals on bicycles hanging out in the parking lot smoking and talking loud. Do not recommend ever

I booked this place because of the indoor pool, well when we get there with my little one so excited to get in the pool, we saw that the pool is closed with no water in it!!! they should let the guest know that pool is out of service before they book. Also, you walk in it smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. the ladies in the front are so rude and no help.

This property was horrible. Non guest coming in and using ice machine. The pool was not available for use. The carpet in the halls were dirty and stained. The couches in the rooms dirty and stained. Melinda, staff person on duty, was friendly and helpful. She tried very hard to overcome the issues with the check in delays and room issues. Computer system issues delayed checking in for 30 minutes. The room had an unpleasant smell. No Bath towels. A Malfunctioning TV and was generally rundown. Melinda moved us to a different room that still looked run down but smelled better and had towels and working TV. I would not stay there again.
