"Although this hotel is a bit of a drive from the downtown area, I was happy to be away from that area with young kids. The resort is beautiful, we visited during a busy vacation week and could still find chairs at the beach and pools with plenty of shade. Water slides were so much fun for kids and adults as well and the splash pad was perfect for younger kids. The food was excellent for an all inclusive. The water is so clear, so blue, no seaweed here. The staff was amazing from housekeeping to servers, kids club, even the photographer staff. This place was the nicest family friendly all inclusive we have been to, and we have been to quite a few. Highly recommend if you are looking to relax and enjoy the sun, beach and pool and feel safe. It is about 40 minutes from the airport and about 1/2 hr to downtown Cancun area. Also, for those not traveling with kids, the 2 swim up adult only bar areas looked pretty nice. There was always some type of entertainment going on around the pools. "

"Stayed on the adults only side and overall the resort was great. Our butler Isaac was very helpful and always responded quickly. We were always able to get a Bali bed or chairs by the pool and beach no matter the time of day. Food was overall very good. Steakhouse might have been the best I've had in Mexico. Would definitely go back. "

"It was a bit tricky getting into the area. So from the cancun airport you will need to take a taxi or bus to the Puerto Juarez. Then u will need to get a ferry to get to the island with is where the resort is at. But other then that everything else was great."
