"It was the best experience we ever had! Starting from greeting desk we met only extremely pleasant staff people! This applies to every aspect of our stay in Majestic Elegance. Unfortunately I don't remember names of all those pleasant people, but I still want to mention Gabriel Moo,who served us in several food centers, Elias and Jose from Japanese Restaurant, Maria, Fernando and Jorge from Steak House, Juan from towel exchange and tours selling center. That doesn't mean that other staff people were worse, just my memory not so good quickly to recall all names. And additionally I want to mention greeting ladies from Flavors Buffet: always nice and pleasant - very professional. Room itself and cleanliness in it was always at the top! We are going to come back here on one of our next vacations. "

"This was our second stay at Priveleges. We ended up with unit 616 which is a Deluxe Ocean view suite. This unit was at the beach end of the property and had an amazing deck and view. The pool decking has been upgraded to a composite material since our last visit which was a nice addition. The staff and food were excellent. Having breakfast and dinner at Playa Norte Beach Club, was fantastic. The loungers and palapas on the beach were relaxing and enjoyable. I would suggest booking garden or ocean view rooms at this property, as the other categories may put you on the street or graveyard side of the property. The location is great with walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars, plus many street food options. The ferry terminal is walkable, but it is only 100 pesos or so to take a taxi. I would rate this as an excellent place to stay. "

"The friendliness and efficiency of the staff was wonderful! Severe greeted by Mateo upon our arrival and I felt we would be in good hands. Our family enjoyed the delicious meals and drinks in the dining room. The wait staff-Alejandro, Hugo, Albert, and Abdel ( I think that was his name) were excellent! I would definitely like to come back to Hotel Belo again. The beach area was rather small but there was a large pool area. "

"We traveled with our extended family and with small children ( 1 year to 9) . We had a fantastic experience. It was a very laid back and Family friendly environment, but yet checked all the boxes for the adults. It didnt feel like a theme park and was a true vacation. We will be back! "

"First time in Cancun, first time doing all inclusive and it was a trip with my wife, 2 year old toddler and other family members. Overall, we were very happy and enjoyed the stay. The food was better than my expectation as a lot of people said the food in all inclusive is usually not so great. Not many kid friendly options, but having one buffet place was convenient. The resort was generally clean and the staffs were always trying to do their best to accommodate your requests and needs. Not much complaint to do. "
