The property was nice however the quality of food and drinks at times was average at most. We stayed for 8 nights buffets pretty much had same food everyday. We payed for upgrade room with premium services however their special restaurants had mostly same type of food and basic sections. Alcohol level at most was average even though we booked a premium level. The highest level in tequila was don julio reposado at most. They did have some higher level alcohol but was at extra charge. One reason I booked a family selection level room was for the amenities and premium food and alcohol which was never provided.

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating, which made our stay far from pleasant. The food quality was mediocre at best, lacking the variety and flavor we’ve experienced at other all-inclusive resorts. Despite being only 8 years old, the property appeared run down and poorly maintained. Additionally, the air conditioning was inadequate, making it difficult to stay comfortable. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had in terms of customer service.

Nice property. Food was ok. Drinks watered down for the most part. They dropped our luggage in water and we had to fight them for a credit. They ended up giving us complementary spa passes. They call you at 9:30 am just to check on you but in reality we needed to sleep in. Also got food poisoning on one of the days. Can’t pinpoint what it was exactly.

I use to love Grand Palladium Brand, and we had a lovely time and experience in October 2023. Our most recent trip, stay at Family Selection Grand Palladium, was not pleasant at all. The customer service was horrible and I had to contact front desk twice due to the lack of customer service . We didn't get assigned a butler, until being at the resort over 12 hours. We will never stay again!

Amazing Stay at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa I recently had an unforgettable stay at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa, and everything was fantastic. The room was spacious, modern, with a stunning ocean view, a super comfortable bed, and a very well-equipped bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was attentive. The spa, in particular, provided a truly relaxing experience. The resort has several pools, a clean private beach, and a variety of entertainment activities. The food was delicious, especially the seafood and Mexican cuisine at La Adelita restaurant. If you’re looking for a top-tier resort with exceptional service, Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres is the perfect choice!

The resort is beautiful, secluded, and quiet. We visited at the end of August 2024, which is low season. Staff was friendly and very helpful, excellent customer service. The facilities have a good layout and has direct access to the beach. The gym was small in proportion to the resort and the spa pricing was high compared. I would stay here again.

The property is beautiful but all over minor repairs should be done like the title in room 16333 is chip. The place will look more beautiful if dishes were not outside rooms. My first day walking in on my floor I was greeted with not passing one but 7 rooms with dishes outside. I refuse to judge base on that but after I called for dish pick up 5 times I later then understand why the other rooms place their dishes outside. My whole stay there they did not come and pick up dishes. I don’t want to take away from housekeeping the person was excellent she clean and restock everything I can say solely her and a few more people made the stay. One employee WHICH WAS RUDE IN EVERYWAY POSSIBLE WAS MARIO AT THE FRONT DESK UPON CHECK OUT on Tuesday 08/27/2024 at 6am. We were checking out and it was only him checking out 10 groups and from the looks of it checking in 13 group of people. With this he turns and tells my group he does not care if we miss our flight. I don’t think you deserve an employee who treats your guest this way and I don’t think I will be back or recommend people to come here if this employee is still working there sorry for the long respond
