"The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. Super friendly staff and very helpful. The only thing that I think could be better is the American options for food. No maple syrup at breakfast time but some apple type instead. I went with my teenage son and there were no chicken nuggets, tenders or fried chicken wings of any sort. Still a 8.8 out of 10 for me."

"The food was excellent with so many delicious options at every meal — even our picky kids found things they loved. We especially enjoyed the themed dinners and the 24-hour snack bar. The pools were clean and fun, and the beach was absolutely stunning. There were plenty of activities for both adults and kids, from water aerobics and beach volleyball to kids’ club games and nightly shows. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had a beautiful view. Housekeeping did a great job every day."

"Staff at morning and mid day buffet were excellent with Pacho and Lilliam . the lounge bar with Alfredo and Phillipe the same. As it was only my wife and I I would say the only negative was the delineation between adults and children. One pool was not enough for adults whereas the children had the waterpark and 2 other pools"

"This property is absolutely beautiful. From the moments that you walk in the staff make you feel you are at home. The service amazing. The activities both morning and evening need improvements, especially for folks with kids or teenagers. The food seemed redundant and not much of variety, but overall decent. I would recommend this property to freinds and family."
