"Excellent location next to Broadway. Easy to eat and walk to your shows. A step from Times Square. On the A subway line, 1-2 blocks to station. Free access to crunch fitness, a three floor gym with everything, two blocks away. Check in was professional and friendly. Ran every morning in Central Park, a quick 5min warm up jog away. Coffee only available at cafe, which was quick, friendly, better than the Mermaid coffee shop nextdoor, but not complimentary. So glad I had this option instead of hotel coffee though. Lobby was really nice and helpful place to wait before our flight. Our room had some minor cosmetic deficiencies and burnt bulbs which were rectified immediately (repair technician literally started walking to my room as soon as I mentioned it). These were not a major issue for us, and we didn’t move rooms, and enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable and I had my best Garmin sleep score this month there. The room was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping very careful. We felt very safe at our location. Other guests were polite and respectful. Concierge was very kind and trustworthy with our luggage. It’s New York, so lots of honking and yelling will come through the window. I used a white noise app, plus ear plugs, and had no issues. There is a safe and a fridge in the room. Many airline pilots and tour groups also stayed here, suggesting long term satisfaction with the hotel. We will be back."

"Staff was helpful even being busy when we arrived. The property is a little run down but it does seem they are making improvements. Breakfast was great for a complimentary spread."
