"The staff were great and very accommodating to our schedule. The location was also perfect for what we needed and the rooms were clean. There were a few issues outside the property but the on site security kept everything under control. Would stay here again but definitely recommend staying on a lower floor because there are only two elevators."

"I highly recommend The New Yorker. It is located in an excellent location, walking distance to Times Square, the Empire State Building, and across the street from Madison Square Garden. Staff were super-friendly and helpful. We loved our room, and the beds and pillows were the comfiest I've ever experienced at a hotel. Our entire stay was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again. One thing to note (and this is not the fault of the hotel) you will hear sirens constantly. There is a police precinct around the corner. Bring ear plugs if you are noise sensitive."
