"Great hotel in the heart of Kona! Walkable to Kona Brewery, shopping, and more. Parking was paid but super convenient at the hotel. Rooms were large, clean, and had great amenities. Breakfast was the perfect way to start the day and every staff member we interacted with was kind and professional. We'll be back on our next trip to Big Island!"

"Our room was sold as a full view of the falls from our balcony, but there was a roof line extended from below our balcony that obstructed the full view of the falls. The room space was a little smaller than expected. The grounds were great, the waterfall was beautiful. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. "I stayed at Aaron's cottage for two nights and it was a great experience. The cottage was cozy, equipped with all the amenities you could need. It had AC, fans, hot water, a comfortable bed, a kitchenette and full bathroom. The place is easy to find and there is a nice beach within walking distance. The place is ideal for staying in the Hilo area or for day trips to Volcanoes National Park, or drive to the top of Mauna Kea (4WD required). Several great local restaurants as well as supermarkets...
