Very clean, staff were great to work with they were always very helpfull when we needed it, full acess to all local hilton pools we thought was very cool, ss we have a younger kid. We wold highly recommend this place

The property we got first assjfnwd at building 2 which is very old and there are cockroach in the kitchen everywhere! Totally ruin the Hawai’i experience!!

We had some Problems with our room in the beginning but since hotel totally booked had to deal with it also had issue had getting things we needed for cooking like pans and a broom to tidy up.. cleaning ladies always came at the end of the day which is usually when we were returning from the pool but otherwise an ok trip

We had a wonderful stay and great spot to go to Hapuna State Beach, go to Waimea or travel to Hilo. The hotel is an excellent choice!

Beautiful property and we were upgraded to a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top floor. Felt like an apartment! The pool was right next to our building and the shuttle picked up right outside and was very reliable to take to Kings Shops and Queens Marketplace. Would definitely stay here again!

It was not at all clear during the reservation that the room is not on a main property but in its adjacent buildings which is not easily accessible to the main building. You have to take a shuttle and it is timed. All service happens through text, which is ok. I asked for bath mats, never got them, I asked for coffee two days in a row, never got any, coffee maker was not cleaned out, service staff left random doors open in the room. Being in a different building was isolating, I could not use any of the amenities of the hotel. I would not recomment staying here.

This is a place nice and clean but more for a family trip. It’s quiet and more laid back with not a lot going on outside of the excursions. I suggest Honolulu or Waikiki for the under 50 individual that wants to be around more people and more City like vibes. I loved it!

Newly remodeled suite was spacious and well-appointed (except the coffee maker was iffy). In a very quiet area of Waikoloa, nothing in walking distance from the resort. Would love to see early morning coffee service there since the in-room coffee options were not great. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy and the free parking was fabulous as so many hotels are charging a lot for parking and you can't really get around without a car.

We stayed in an area where we had a great view of a sunset and also saw a few animals from Nene birds, goats and mongoose. For our first time in Hawaii we had a great experience here.
