"A very nice hotel at a reasonable price. The beds were great but it would have been nice to have a microwave. I enjoyed the free welcome drink and the staff was great. Parking is free and very convenient and the hotel is close to town. A great place to stay for a couple of nights while you tour Hilo and Volcano, which is less than an hour away."

"Liked the pool and the property. In need of some paint on the exterior. No hot tub. Thought I was getting a balcony. Staff was amazing. Nearby parks were beautiful. Vacant properties surrounding the hotel left a feeling of unease"
