"I was here for a work conference and needed a clean, safe place while spending the day at my meetings. My room was one of six in a cottage. Immaculate, everything worked fine, bed was comfortable. The room had a fridge and coffee maker, but the cottage also had a full kitchen. Other folks shared the common space and kitchen, but quiet at night."

Staff were very friendly and recommended local shopping and coffee options all in walking distance. This is a no frills property. If you want to slow down and relax, this is the place with an authentic Big Island vibe."

"What’s not to love - a comfortable bed, a big room with an ocean view, a rocking chair on the balcony overlooking a paddock of goats and sheep with babies. The kitchen was well equipped and the hosts are friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend Magic Skies and would stay here again."

"Amazing view from the king suite! Charming character and appreciated keurig with coffee pods and creamer, silverware and paper plates, etc. Walls thin and had some disturbance from one neighbor. Parking is difficult and steep."
