"It was convenient to the things we wanted to see. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Area was ok. Few homeless on the streets around the building but there were also security guards. Concierge was very helpful. Staff was friendly. Game room was fun. Fire pits and s'mores were a nice touch."

"Easily walkable to Pier 39, Alcatraz ferry pick up/drop off, North Beach, the trolley car, and Ghirardelli Square. Felt safe walking around the area. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. "

"This is a decent hotel! We got the accessible room that said it had a view of the bay however it does not. The receptionist immediately offered another room higher up but it was not Handicapped accessible nor did it have the additional living area. So that was the only bummer is that we were promised a view but did not get one. Nothing against the hotel itself but maybe an Expedia error."
