"Communication from the host was outstanding. The room was clean and cozy. No tv in the room, but we really didn’t care. It was a surprise for my family and they loved it. Perfect if you want a quiet affordable getaway. Walking distance to inner harbor. Breakfast was included and provided by a family owned cafe called Imagine. Your choice of fruit and yogurt or a breakfast sandwich on banock bread… it was called Imagine Cafe and they make an awesome wood fired pizza."

"I loved it! A beautiful area of Victoria, on the harbour. Hotel has been updated and very comfortable. Their service is terrific, water available in the lobby , apples, charming details. The rooms are exceptionally clean and large. Doors to open for fresh air onto a mini balcony, a safe, ironing board, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, fridge. I’ll be back!"

"Very dog friendly! This hotel sits right on the water and a park right off the path for easy and quick potty breaks for our dog. Beautiful facility and a comfortable room. Great views of the Harbour from our room and balcony. Easy access to Parliament bldg, BC Museum and Empress hotel.Will definitely stay here again! "
