"This hotel was very updated and clean. The rooms were well appointed and the complimentary cookies and drinks were a welcoming touch. Central heating and air were amazing and the heated bathroom floors were very luxurious. While the location is further away from the wharf than others, this was a VERY good deal for the quality. The Palms restaurant downstairs was spendy but SO worth it. Very high quality service and the menu was amazing. They have two bars downstairs and the restaurant. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights and the room was very clean and comfortable. Fantastic view of the water. Excellent location, just 10mins from The Clipper terminal. We love the location because we were walking distance to Downtown without being in the hectic bustle. It also made it easier to visit and enjoy Beacon Hill Park and Cook St. Village! They had a pool and jacuzzi which was occupied by a lot of people, but not our type of thing to do. I would say there are a lot of other restaurant options nearby but I think The Blue Crab (hotel restaurant) looked very nice. Just that the menu didn’t really inspire us to eat there. Great place to stay and great front desk service. Complimentary ride to Downtown if you want and they let us check in a little early. Great experience and very clean room! Very happy about that!"

"Room spacious and view nice. Lobby special with fish pond. Parking easy in the garage. Location convenient for walking downtown and to the harbour, museums etc. the pool was big enough to swim laps and the temperature was just right."
