"I loved it! A beautiful area of Victoria, on the harbour. Hotel has been updated and very comfortable. Their service is terrific, water available in the lobby , apples, charming details. The rooms are exceptionally clean and large. Doors to open for fresh air onto a mini balcony, a safe, ironing board, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, fridge. I’ll be back!"

"What a great place to stay! From the moment we checked in to the moment we left (reluctantly) the Parkside nailed it. The nicest, most helpful staff work there. You need something? It’s delivered quickly. From the bicycles to borrow in the koi fish pond lobby to the in-room washer dryer, everything has been well thought out. While we didn’t use the pool or gym, the facilities appeared to be well appointed and well run. Street noise at night? Run the Dyson room fan. Chilled? Turn on the...

"room was clean , beddings were crisp clean and white and beds were comfortable. Appreciated much that eshu texted when the room was ready and he even get us an extra bed/cot right away. Would definitely come back the next time we visit victoria."

"I rated the cleanliness to 3 but could be 4 or 5 but when I moved the desk between the two bed to plug my phone charger I saw a food thats been sitting there for quite sometime. If I did not see it, I would have given it either a 4 or 5. "
