"Both of the owners greeted us and were vwry friendly and welcoming. It was nice to stay at a hotel with a personable experience. Penny greeted us with a map and drew directions and gave recommendations for all of the things! Kelly also texted a few days before the stay smd recommended scheduling taxi rides beforehand which was amazing advice amd couldnt recommend enough! "At the heart of San Juan. My kids loved the pigeon park that is just few minutes walking distance away. Lots of great food near the hotel. We stayed during a weekend, the area can be a bit noisy after midnight, I was woken up 2am by groups of people shouting in the hall way. Regardless, the hotel is a wonderful."
