"I normally stay at Marriott properties, but there weren’t any in the area so I picked this place based on location and price. It was ideal to see the city center and close to the beach."

"This was a beautiful stay. The facility is a little aged but it's been maintained well and the room views are phenomenal. The baths were clean and there was enough options that getting away from some of the noisier guests wasn't too difficult. In the morning I had the baths completely to myself and it was incredibly relaxing. Absolutely would stay here again. The only thing that was a downside to my stay was the massage. An older woman was doing the massages and it just wasn't good. She couldn't...

"It was quiet and the staff was wonderful. The food in-house was very expensive but not worth the price. The views are stunning and the property is pretty if a little dated."

"The onsen Ryoken is a famous one in Japan as the Japanese Emperors had stayed at the estate for a few times. We stayed at a room with private onsen which is excellent. The food was also great and we had a great time."
